Our building is in the heart of Highland Square, Akron’s most eclectic neighborhood. Like our neighborhood, the people who go to church here are a diverse mix of people who want to bring the whole gospel to the whole city.

In addition to Sunday mornings, we meet throughout the week in small groups to really live life together. Additionally, we serve together in Highland Square and all over the city. If you’re looking for a no-pressure place to find out more about God, we hope you’ll join us for a service.

Where do I go when I arrive?
If the church lot is full, head to the overflow parking at the Akron Women’s City Club/Coach House theater right next door. Once you’re inside, someone on our hospitality team can help you find the Worship Center, restrooms and Kids Zone. If you need anything else or have a question, just stop at the Welcome Center!

How long is the service?
Our services last about 70 minutes. There will be a lot of music! You may sing if you like, hum along or just listen: your call!

What should I wear?
Preferably clothes! Beyond that, it’s up to you. Some of us will be decked out and others in shorts (weather permitting). How you dress is up to you.

What if I have an infant?
We love babies! There’s a great team of caring, background-checked volunteers to play with and cuddle your little ones (birth through pre-K) downstairs in the Kids Zone, but if you’d rather keep your baby with you, that’s just fine! Whatever you are comfortable with is great with us. We want parents to have a break if they need one!

Can I attend if I’m ________?
Fill in the blank with whatever fear you have about not being accepted: divorced, single parent, broke, recovering addict, gay, transgender, atheist, skeptic, etc. Everyone is welcome at Christ Community Chapel. So come as you are, and we’ll see you soon!
